  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 120 g unsalted butter
  • 150 g crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
Festive Toppings (Optional):
  • Crushed candy canes
  • Christmas sprinkles
  • White chocolate drizzle
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Chopped nuts

Method
 

  1. Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) tin with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together until smooth.
  3. Stir in powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.
  4. Fold in crushed biscuits until evenly coated and thick.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared tin, smoothing the top.
  6. Add festive toppings while the mixture is still soft.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
  8. Slice into squares and serve.
