Method
Prepare the base
- Wrap a foam cone in plastic wrap, or set up a large platter to build a flat tree shape.
Layer the meats
- Fold salami into quarters and roll prosciutto into ribbons. Arrange around the base and work upward.
Add cheese cubes
- Place cheese between the meats. Use toothpicks if building on a cone.
Add fruits and extras
- Fill gaps with grapes, berries, tomatoes, olives, or pomegranate seeds.
Add rosemary sprigs
- Insert sprigs throughout the tree to resemble pine branches.
Decorate
- Place crackers and nuts at the base, then add a star-shaped cheese piece on top.
Chill before serving
- Refrigerate 15–20 minutes so everything sets nicely.
