Ingredients
  

Meats:
  • Salami slices
  • Prosciutto or serrano ham
  • Pepperoni rounds
  • Chorizo slices
Cheeses:
  • Cheddar cubes
  • Gouda cubes
  • Brie wedges
  • Mozzarella balls
  • Colby Jack cubes
Fruits & Extras:
  • Red or green grapes
  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Olives
Decorations & Garnishes:
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Crackers or toasted baguette slices
  • Nuts almonds, pistachios, walnuts
  • Honey or jam optional
  • Cheese star for topper

Method
 

Prepare the base
  1. Wrap a foam cone in plastic wrap, or set up a large platter to build a flat tree shape.
Layer the meats
  1. Fold salami into quarters and roll prosciutto into ribbons. Arrange around the base and work upward.
Add cheese cubes
  1. Place cheese between the meats. Use toothpicks if building on a cone.
Add fruits and extras
  1. Fill gaps with grapes, berries, tomatoes, olives, or pomegranate seeds.
Add rosemary sprigs
  1. Insert sprigs throughout the tree to resemble pine branches.
Decorate
  1. Place crackers and nuts at the base, then add a star-shaped cheese piece on top.
Chill before serving
  1. Refrigerate 15–20 minutes so everything sets nicely.

Notes
