
Turkish Beyti Kebab with Yogurt and Spicy Butter Sauce

- Prepare the Meat MixtureIn a large bowl, combine:minced beefoniongarlicparsleysalt, pepper, and paprikaMix well (or knead) until the mixture is fully combined and slightly sticky.
- Assemble the WrapsLay out the tortillas or lavash bread.Spread the meat mixture thinly and evenly over each one.
- Roll and SliceRoll each flatbread tightly into a log.Slice into bite-sized pieces.(Optional: Thread pieces onto skewers for a more traditional presentation.)
- BakePlace the pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.Lightly drizzle with olive oil.Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (fan) for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and fully cooked.
- Prepare the Butter SauceMelt the butter in a small pan over medium heat.Add the red pepper powder and stir briefly until fragrant.
- ServeSpread yogurt onto the base of a serving plate.Arrange the baked Beyti pieces on top.Drizzle generously with the butter sauce.Finish with pomegranate seeds and fresh parsley.
